About this coffee: Danilo Barbosa began his journey as a coffee producer in 1980 with his father, Jairo Barbosa. The family business emphasises specialty coffee production in their work, which was recognized in 2021 when they placed 1st in the Brazilian Cup of Excellence and 3rd in the Federation of Cerrado Mineiro competition. Fazenda Paraíso is located in Carmo do Paranaíba, Minas Gerais, spanning 106 hectares planted entirely with a mix of Catuai varieties. We tasted the juicy sweetness of blackberry, accompanied by the zesty brightness of orange. The nutty richness of hazelnut enhances the overall depth, while decadent notes of chocolate provide an indulgent finish.
