About The Coffee:
San Jose was bought from the Ruffatti Family in 2015 by Federico Pacas Lopez of TUXPAL. This 70-hectare farm has 14 acres of virgin forest and 56 acres dedicated to coffee.
Since being acquired, Federico has worked to renovate the farm, planting different varieties and using agronomical practices to produce higher-quality coffee. This farm is divided into 10 plots, each dedicated to a different varietal, including Red Bourbon, Pacamara, and Gesha.
