ROAST PROFILE: Espresso
On the outskirts of Antigua, this farm has been around for almost 50 years and still harvests the Bourbon planted at its inception.
It is owned by Penny Matheu, having been divided off from the greater Matheu family lands and the neighboring Finca Filadelfia.
The farm operates as a small estate of 91 acres and the coffee is processed at the quality obsessed Zelaya family’s nearby Bella Vista mill.
