A vibrant fusion of our favourite Kenyan and Colombian coffees, this blend delivers a sweet, citric punch with notes of meringue, lemon curd, and passionfruit. Inspired by the beloved Pavlova, it’s a dessert-like brew that can be perfectly enjoyed as a cup of filter.
This blend brings together coffees from Inoi Ndini, Manos Juntas, and Granja Paraiso 92—featuring a dynamic mix of natural, washed and thermo-shock processing methods for a beautifully complex cup.
Recommended Recipe:20g of coffee in and 300ml of water out starting off at 94 degrees. Start your bloom at 60ml, then pouring 60ml every 30 seconds for a total of 5 pours.
