SOURCING

El Puente Mill is a social impact project established in 2018 by Clearpath Coffee to solve smallholders' lack of post-harvesting infrastructure, financial resources, and the risk of experimenting with new processing methods. Two hundred and forty families form part of the program where they sell their harvested cherries at a dry price to the mill to be processed. They are further supported by investment portfolio consultants, Aromas del Sur dry mill access, and community leaders like Rodrigo Sanchez, Claudia, Ayda and Felix Samboni.

Palestina is also known as Agua Azul or 'blue water' because it's considered the primary water source for the department of Huila. Regional Select is a new project Primrose and Project Origin have created to highlight unique profiles inherent in specific microregions within Colombia. We think that the terroir, soil, sunny weather and placement contribute to the flavour of these coffees.
