Shakisso, Ethiopia

These coffee cherries were grown in small farmers' backyards close to Shakisso township, they called them “Garden coffee”. Once lots get combined at washing stations, for all the Natural lots, the coffee cherries are dried on African beds under sunlight for 20-25 days.
