Patio Bonito is an 11-hectare coffee farm nestled in the Pescador municipality of northern Cauca, Colombia. Managed by Paola Trujillo and her family, the farm has built a reputation for producing exceptional coffee, ranging from high-quality traditional varietals like Castillo and Colombia to remarkable exotics such as Bourbon Rosado, Gesha, SL28, Wush Wush, and Laurina.

Paola has mastered every stage of coffee production, from pre-harvest planning to post-harvest refinement. Her dedication to improving the quality and processes of their coffee is reflected in the consistent excellence of their offerings. The entire Trujillo family is deeply involved in the farm’s operations, combining their efforts to create a celebrated regional enterprise that showcases the best of Colombian coffee.
