Summer in Australia is all about embracing the sun, fun and of course, fantastic coffee! As summer truly sets in, we are thrilled to re-introduce our delightful, limited edition Summer Spritz Blend – a true embodiment of the holiday spirit, omni-roasted for however you choose to drink it!

Single Origin Filter Coffee Description

Inspired by a special cupping event, we've creatively combined small amounts of fruit-macerated coffees with our existing Hey Buddy blend to bring an exciting new twist to one of our beloved classics. 

Picture this: Juicy yellow peach, ripe lulo*, a hint of cherry, rich caramel, indulgent chocolate, and a vibrant citrus acidity lingering on your palate.Crafted with a unique blend that balances intense fruitiness with a smooth, enjoyable finish, this coffee is unlike anything else in our range.

The flavour profile of these fruit-macerated beans is achieved by using experimental methods developed by father and son producers Felipe and Jairo Arcila. Real fruit is combined with the coffee during fermentation and drying until the ideal moisture content is reached.

The result? A balanced, exciting, and truly unique coffee experience. We had so much fun crafting this blend, and we can't wait for you to dive into its flavours.

*Lulo (or Naranjilla) is a small, oval, tropical species of fruit native to South America that has a sweet and sour, tangy taste.

Washed process - indigenous heirloom varieties from the Sidamo region grown at 1800-2200 masl.

GUATEMALA EL BOQUERON 45%
Natural process - Catuai, Caturra, Typica and Villa Sarchi varietials from the Santa Rosa region grown at 1000-1900 mass.

COLOMBIA JAIRO ARCILA 5%
Honey+ (Wine Yeast / Peach) process - Castillo varietal from Armenia, Quindo grown at 1400-1450 masl.

Honey+ (Wine Yeast / Lulo) process - Pink bourbon varietal from Armenia, Quindio grown at 1800-1900 masl.
