Not My Style
Take notice that this is truly ‘wild’. Unfortunately, this is not to my taste. Very spicy and kind of funky. Roast and grind was very consistent, but I prefer a rich, malty, chocolate profile.
Sorry to hear this coffee didn't quite hit the mark for you!
Would definitely recommend steering clear of Naturals in the future then :)
All coffee is sold as whole beans. If you would like your coffee ground please leave a note at checkout.

About: Finca La Esperanza was purchased by the Pacas family in 2010. The farm has been divided into 18 different tablones (plots) each with different growing conditions and suited to different varieties. This lot is from tablon El Cascajal situated at 1400 masl and planted entirely with Pacamara. An interesting variety, Pacamara is a hybrid between Maragogipe and Pacas, a variety discovered by and named after the Pacas family. It is prized for its exceptional cup quality but due to it not being genetically stable from one generation to the next (plants tend to regress to one of the parent varieties) it is quite challenging to grow.
