Arsosala is an Ethiopian washing station which was founded in 2015 and works with over 1,200 smallholder producers in Guji.
Through a careful process of depulping, fermenting, washing, and drying on raised beds, Arsosala coffee develops a unique flavor profile -- expect notes of marmalade, melon and orange blossom.
