How long will my order take to ship?
Products are dispatched from a variety of locations. You can view this on our Dispatch Schedule page.
Do I get a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. To lodge a return claim, please contact us via our contact form.
Can I stack multiple discounts together?
Unfortunately not. We're only able to support one discount per order - these discounts include referral codes, coupon codes and bundle promotions.
