'Dulce' from Luiz Roberto Saldanha at Capricornio in Brazil makes its return! 'Cerro Alto' returns from Fernando Elias & Silvia Vindas in Costa Rica's central valley. Lastly, we have another old favourite; the 'Candelaria' from Bella Vista mill run by Luiz Pedro Zelaya. Situated just outside Antigua, Guatemala.
Both Cerro Alto & Candelaria have been directly sourced for Axil blends for the last 10 years!
Our New Seasonal Blend is made up of the following coffees:
33% Guatemala 'Candelaria' - Washed
33% Costa Rica 'Cerro Alto' - Red Honey
33% Brazil 'Dulce' - Natural
Tastes:
Black - Stonefruits, orange, black tea & cacao
White - Milk chocolate, honeycomb & stonefruits

Best results for both espresso & in-milk are:
Dose: 21 - 22 grams
