We ship all orders via Australia Post or CouriersPlease, depending on your location.
When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays from our Melbourne warehouse.

How long will delivery take?
- Melbourne Metro — 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra — 1–3 business days after dispatch
- All other destinations — 1–5 business days after dispatch
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been picked up by our courier.

Dispatched directly from their roastery in Geelong (VIC) within 2–3 business days of your order being placed.
Market Lane Coffee
Dispatched directly from Market Lane within 2–3 business days of your order being placed.
Pillar Coffee
Pillar orders are dispatched by us on Thursdays only. If your order contains a Pillar product, your entire order will be held until the next Thursday dispatch.
