This lot comes from the Chelchele washing station in Yirgacheffe, which sources cherries from hundreds of local smallholder farmers across the region. Chelchele coffees are celebrated for their sweet backbone and vibrant fruit character — the natural process accentuates the inherent blueberry and citrus notes, delivering a rich, juicy espresso with a long, chocolatey finish.
