Coffee
Java Indragiri coffee is cultivated by smallholder farmers in the Rancabali Subdistrict of Bandung, West Java. It is processed at the Sadayana Washing Station, established in 2022 and operated by PT Sucafina in partnership with local producers. This facility supports 191 farmers through initiatives such as composting and seedling programs, as well as microfinancing for collectors.

Cultivation
The coffee is grown at elevations between 1,400 and 1,700 meters above sea level, primarily featuring the Ateng Ijo and Ateng Coklat varieties. The farms are small—typically between 0.5 to 1 hectare—and benefit from the region’s fertile soil and favorable climate, which enhance the coffee’s quality and distinctive flavor.

Harvest and Post-Harvest
Ripe cherries are carefully hand-sorted in tanks before processing. This particular lot undergoes honey anaerobic fermentation for 120 hours in sealed barrels equipped with one-way valves. Following fermentation, the coffee is dried on raised beds for 2–3 days, then moved to patios for an additional 4–12 days, depending on the weather.
