Another lot from Indonesian processing innovator Reza Nurullah, named for its distinctive flavour. The cherries undergo a 72-hour Double Mossto fermentation with a unique triple-yeast combination, then are dried as a Black Honey, leaving a high percentage of mucilage on the bean to boost sweetness, body and fruit character.
