Reza Nurullah's home fermentation experiments have made him one of Indonesia's most inventive specialty producers, known for playful lot names and boundary-pushing processing. This lot takes cherries through an intensive Double Mossto fermentation with a unique triple-yeast blend over 72 hours before a Natural dry, resulting in a bright, soda-like cup.
