Arturo Arango has been growing coffee since 2015, when he purchased El Paraiso, a 25-hectare farm in Barcelona, Quindío. Finding the existing trees more than 25 years old, he spent his first seasons renewing the entire farm and overhauling its growing practices. Three years on, the replanted trees began producing exceptional fruit — this natural-processed Castillo lot is the result, roasted by Axil for espresso.
