María Belén Díaz grew up around coffee and has spent more than a decade producing it in her own right, including years working as a quality analyst in Cauca, Colombia. She and her husband Narciso Narváez, together with their three sons, built up the family's Resinas farm from scratch, where Papayo grows alongside Caturra, Castillo, Borbón Rosado and Gesha.
