Altos del Abejonal is a highly regarded micro-mill and farm in San Pablo de León Cortés, in Costa Rica's celebrated Tarrazú region around 70km south of San José. Established in 2009 and sitting between 1,830 and 1,915 masl, its cool high-altitude conditions slow cherry maturation for exceptional cup clarity. Run by Mauricio Vindas Sr. and his son Mauricio Jr., Finca Divino Niño has built a strong reputation for meticulous, award-winning microlots — drawing on careful honey, washed and natural processing dried on raised African beds to build clarity, structure and complexity in the cup.
