About The Coffee:
This unique varietal is produced at Finca La Union and is one of several processed at the Cerro Alto micro mill. For the past 11 years, this mill has been one of Axil's longest-standing relationships and continues to deliver exceptional coffees. Fernando Elías and Silvia Elena are the estate managers, with approximately 18 cultivated hectares and an altitude of 1500 masl. The main crop consists of Caturra and Catuai. This coffee has a dynamic profile that entices the palate with a fusion of tropical brightness, fruity sweetness, and comforting nuttiness.
