This microlot was selected for its sticky sweetness, elegant acidity and juicy fruit that comes through beautifully in the cup.

Honey-processed coffees, sometimes called semi-washed or pulped natural, are a process that aims to deliver the best of both natural and washed coffees.
The outer layer of skin is removed in the early milling process to leave a sticky mucilage, that then dries to the bean on the raised beds of Sin Limites.
