Coffee from the Gogogu washing station in Guji's Kofee district is delivered by more than 700 smallholders working within about five kilometres of the mill. Cherries are sorted, weighed and paid for on arrival, then processed and dried on raised beds in the traditional Ethiopian way, giving this natural its jammy berry sweetness and deep chocolate finish.
