About The Coffee:Near the foot of the Vulcan de Agua is a coffee mill called Bella Vista run by Luis Pedro Zelaya.
Luis started working at Bella Vista after being educated in Honduras. It's been in the family for generations and is now owned by Luis' father. Together they have grown the company, beginning with the managing of their own farms: Bella Vista, Pulcal, Candelaria, Buena Vista, Chuito, and Santa Clara and over time, they began to manage other farms in the Antigua region.
Bella Carmona is a blend of peak harvested cherries that come from some of the best farms in Antigua to then be processed at the Bella Vista mill.
