Chuito Farm is overseen by fourth-generation producer Luis Pedro Zelaya Aguirre, a multiple Cup of Excellence winner and one of Guatemala's most respected figures in specialty coffee. The coffee is processed at the family's Bella Vista Mill, run by their export company Zelcafé, under rigorous quality control with carefully managed 24–36 hour fermentation and closely monitored drying. The farm leans on shade-grown cultivation, targeted soil nutrition and the preservation of native trees to stay resilient against leaf rust and drought.
