I combine the heavy weight espresso with pele blend , best espresso in the world .

One of my favorites

Exactly as described on the label - like chocolate ganache and mixed berries. Lovely smooth mouthfeel and finish. I drink espresso but also great in milk. Well balanced and not acidic.
Used in Micra with HE basket and Niche Zero.

Disappointed

Had high hopes for this hoping it would be similar to another one of my favourites but was left disappointed. No matter what dose or grind size I tried, all I got was burnt tasting coffee. The beans looked quite dark so I'm not sure if it's a dark roast which was possibly over roasted? I love dark roast, never had one taste burnt though!

Dropping the dose down to 18-18.3g made it drinkable but anything above that just tasted burnt. Unfortunately had no fruity kick whatsoever. I feel like I probably did something wrong so I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 1. If anyone has success with this please review it, I'll check back in at a later date.
