About The Coffee:
Nyamiyaga coffee washing station is located in the South-Western region of Rwanda, less than a couple hours away from the capital Kigali. The station is run and operated by Rwacf and offers three different processing methods: Fully washed, Natural and Honey. After being hand-picked, the ripest cherries are floated, washed and sorted; the coffee is finished by drying on raised drying beds.
This coffee stood out with its balanced, but multi-dimentional taste experience with rich, zesty, and sweet undertones.
