Betania Farm sits within a group of 117 smallholder growers in southern Huila who pool resources — a cupping lab, drying stations and shared warehousing — to lift quality while keeping each lot fully traceable.
Linarco Rodriguez, known locally as Don Lino, is a driving force in the community, refining selective picking, fermentation and drying across the group. He also mentors younger farmers and champions land-conscious growing practices in the area.
