Finca Las Cascadas sits in the mountains of La Palma, Chalatenango, near El Salvador's northern border at around 1,550 masl. A cool, cloud-forest microclimate slows cherry development and builds cup quality, and the estate takes its name — “the waterfalls” — from the natural cascades running through it. The farm grows Pacamara, El Salvador's signature large-bean variety prized for its complex acidity and creamy body, with carefully managed honey-processed micro-lots drawing out sweetness and clarity.
