This lot comes from the Bella Vista mill in Antigua, where Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora and his team oversee processing.
The cherries are grown by smallholders around San Juan Alotenango, on the slopes of the Fuego, Acatenango and Agua volcanoes, with roughly 700 producers delivering to the mill each harvest. Fruit arrives both through local intermediaries and via the mill's long-standing direct relationships, with Caturra and Bourbon planted between 1600 and 2000 masl.
