Sitio Belem is a family farm in Minas Gerais whose coffee story stretches back to 1878, when Dulce’s great-grandfather planted his first trees at Fazenda Pinhal do Campestre. Dulce established Sitio Belem itself in 1990, naming it after the Hebrew word for Bethlehem — “House of Bread” — a nod to nourishment and abundance.
Today the farm sits between 1,100 and 1,200 metres above sea level, where the family grows a wide range of varieties including Mundo Novo, Arara, CD2 Arara, Rubi, Geisha, Paraíso and the award-winning Catiguá. This lot is natural processed, giving a sweet, comforting cup of hazelnut, peach, brown sugar and milk chocolate.
