This Geisha lot was processed by CCD (Creativa Coffee District), a modern specialty processing facility in Boquete, Panama, built from a transformed traditional wet mill and drying patio. Their Intrinsic Cherry method ferments the cherries in the very bag they were harvested into, letting each micro-lot's own native yeast and bacteria drive the fermentation so the character of every batch shines through.
