Maximino Gutierrez learned coffee from his father on the family farm in Rioblanco, a region of Tolima with a turbulent past that pushed many growers off their land. He stayed, and his dedication to quality has since been recognised at the Cup of Excellence. Driven by a love of constant learning and the exchange of knowledge across the industry, he keeps refining his practices and is passing the craft on to his sons.
