Didn’t work for me in espresso, but good for cold brew

Struggled to dial in for espresso as shots were coming out way too fast (both conical and flat burrs, grinding a lot finer than usual). Shots lacked body. However I tried in my Bruer cold brew dripper and really liked the results - lovely fruit flavours (peach, orange), black tea, hazelnut. 1 star for espresso and 5 for cold brew :)

Tasty

Tasty blend smooth, however the grind was very gritty in machine. Came out of the puk very dry, not sure if I was doing something wrong.

Hi Mardi, thanks for your review. Sorry to hear the grind looked very gritty. Just to clarify though, was there also a gritty taste (or some other undesirable taste)?

Consitently the best!

Love the flavour of the blends market lane produces. Amazing balance of clarity, fruitness and chocolately richness.

Tastes like: Velvety texture with orange, raspberry and milk chocolate

This espresso blend perfectly complements the beginning of Spring, with its balance of creamy richness and delicate florals.

La Soledad (85%) comes from Antigua, Guatemala, and is produced by Ana Lucia Zelaya and her husband, Don Rony Asensio. As Rony told us, “Everything we do is done with love”. La Soledad regularly produces stunning coffees, and this one is no exception – it is rich and chocolatey, with beautiful floral notes.

Hadeso Natural (15%) was grown by some 500 farmers in Ethiopia’s Guji area and naturally processed at the Hadeso washing station. Coffees from Guji are recognised for their unique cup profiles – which are driven by the area’s high elevations and rich, fertile soil. Hadeso is a fantastic example of a coffee from the Guji area. It is rich and creamy, and contributes a lovely, jammy sweetness to this versatile and complex espresso.
