São Benedito makes up the bulk of the blend and comes from Silvio Leite's farm in Piatã, Brazil, a region Market Lane has sourced from for years. It's sweet and balanced with a creamy mouthfeel, and forms the chocolatey base of the cup.
San Antonio Selection rounds out the blend, grown by 22 farmers on small plots in Colombia's Inzá region and selected through Market Lane's export partner Pergamino for its sweetness, balance and body. It lifts the blend with a bright fruitiness, sitting alongside the macadamia and dried apricot.
