FILTER BLEND DESCRIPTION
Comprising two excellent single origins; Ethiopia and Guatemala, Hey Buddy has developed a cult following amongst our filter fans thanks to its versatility around hot and cold-brewed methods.
The washed processed Ethiopia Sidamo brings acidity and balance to the blend, with indigenous heirloom varieties grown at 1800-2200 masl. This is carefully paired with a natural processed Guatemala El Boqueron, which adds sweetness, fruit, and body to the overall cup profile, featuring Catuai, Caturra, Typica, and Villa Sarchi varietals from the Santa Rosa region grown at 1000-1900 masl. Simple and approachable, it’s no surprise this filter blend has been a mainstay on our coffee menu for eight years.
