Filter Blend Description
Comprising an equal split of two amazing origins, Ethiopia and Honduras, Hey Buddy has developed a cult following amongst our filter fans thanks to its versatility across hot and cold brew methods. The components are seasonally selected for clarity, sweetness and a lively, fruit forward acidity.
The Ethiopian coffee is a washed lot from Dale Washing Station in Dale, Yirgacheffe, sourced via Langdon Coffee Merchants. The Honduran coffee is a natural processed selection from the La Paz region, combining lots from producer Mario Mejia (El Jardin) and the COMSA cooperative in Marcala. Together they balance refined florals and citrus against ripe stone fruit, berries and a silky mouthfeel.
Hey Buddy is part of Padre's Good Coffee Doing Good program, with $2 from every kilo sold going towards community projects both locally and globally.

Fully washed process - heirloom varieties from Dale, Yirgacheffe (Sidama), Ethiopia, grown around 2,100 masl. Mill: Dale Washing Station. Supply partner: Langdon Coffee Merchants.
HONDURAS LA PAZ NATURAL 50%
Natural process - Bourbon, Catuai and Caturra from the La Paz region (Mario Mejia, El Jardin; and COMSA, Marcala) grown around 1,700 masl.
