Tasty, but slightly brighter and thinner than expected.

Overall a nice blend, but I found it lacking body and when brewed 20/40 it was blonding relatively quickly in comparison to other espresso blends.

Honestly? Disappointed

After reading all the raves, expected this to knock my socks off... but it was just okay. Tried every combination of grind/weight/tamper but couldn't get a proper extraction from these beans (water always ran through too fast, no matter how fine the grind).

My preference is a strong, full-flavored hit of caffeine in the morning. Sadly these beans didn't provide that; extractions were smooth but weak in flavour and provided no buzz.

The best of the best

This is a cracking blend, one of my top 5 ever.

It's really lively, great with a bit of milk or iced latte.

Deliciously complex as espresso, the Seasonal espresso blend is mild and balanced. White or black, long or short, Seasonal has components that shine. Not packing an espresso machine set up at home - no probs, it makes for an excellent plunger, Aeropress or stovetop coffee too.

Our Seasonal Espresso Blend is a carefully balanced combination of our best drinking Central American and African coffees. This blend is full-bodied and complex, with a bright acidity and notes of malt, toffee, caramel and almond.

Fully washed process - Typica and Cattura varietals from Agprocem & Asopep cooperatives based in Gaitania, Tolima.

BRAZIL SWEET ESPRESSO 25%

Natural & pulped natural process - Mundo Novo and Acaia varietals from Fazenda Nossa Senhora Aparecida (O’Coffee Estate) based in Alta Mogiana, Brazil.

ETHIOPIA YIRGACHEFFE GELANA GEISHA 25%
Natural process - indigenous heirloom varieties from the Gedeo Zone (area), Southern Nations, Nationalities, and People’s Region (state) grown at 1950 - 2050 masl.

GUATEMALA HUEHUETENAGO 25%
