Nice but one dimensional

Strong hazelnut aroma but that was the dominant flavour for me, didn’t get the caramel and chocolate notes.

Love Kenny G, but this roast seemed a little old

Didn't appear freshly roasted - which is always the case when I order direct. Not sure what went wrong here :(

Overall shots were quite watery

Sorry to hear this coffee wasn't as tasty as the last time you got it. We get the same coffee that Pillar sell to their other customers so I'm not sure what's gone wrong here.
