About: The twelve Aguilera siblings have farmed coffee in Costa Rica's West Valley for more than 60 years, focusing on specialty for the last two decades and processing more than 35 varieties at their own micro-mill. Finca Toño sits closest to the mill and is named after brother Antonio, known to everyone as Toño. The family's football pitch on the farm doubles as a drying patio at harvest, and they place regularly in Costa Rica's Cup of Excellence, including in 2023 with a coffee from this farm. This yellow honey Sarchimor is smooth and comforting: milk chocolate, nectarine and a creamy body.
