About: Finca La Siberia has been farmed by the Silva family since 1870, with six generations of know-how shaping it into one of El Salvador’s most respected estates. Perched in the rugged hills of Chalchuapa, Santa Ana — named for its wild climate and the tough trails that reach it — the farm grows Bourbon, Pacamara, SL-34 and Geisha. Day-to-day operations are now led by Rafael Silva Jr., who pairs the traditional methods learned from his father with meticulous picking, processing and drying protocols. This washed Red Bourbon is a clean, sweet and approachable expression of Salvadoran coffee.
