Proud Mary's Halloween blend returns, named after Dr Frankenstein and built from unexpected parts stitched into something better than its components.
The current build leans on washed Red Bourbon from El Salvador's Sapphire Blend, with natural Yellow Bourbon from Mantiqueira de Minas in Brazil and a small pour of Maragogipe from Finca Momoto in Panama. It suits both espresso and filter, with a sweet chocolate-caramel core and a bright apple lift.
