This lot comes from La Montañita farm in Pitalito, Huila, where Willyan and his wife Maria Esther Lopez grow predominantly Pink Bourbon, a variety native to Huila. Now in its sixth release, the coffee reflects a five-year partnership Seven Seeds began in 2022 alongside origin partner Caravela. Processed with minimal intervention, it's a heady mix of fruit, texture and acidity that lets the inherent flavours shine.
