El Conjuro takes its name from Cerro Conjuro, a hilltop overlooking Jaen in northern Peru where the local community gathers each May for a celebration of faith, food and dancing. Now in its fifth year on the Seven Seeds lineup, this small regional lot brings together washed coffees from two highly experienced Cajamarca producers, dried at farm level and combined by matching quality grade and flavour profile. A light filter roast that drinks clean and lively – juicy grape and red apple sweetness with a lime-bright finish.
