Masha is a community microlot drawn from more than 3,200 smallholder farmers who deliver cherry to the Masha washing station in Kayanza.
Meticulous washed processing keeps the cup clear, letting caramelised apple and juicy citrus sit above a rounded caramel sweetness. Pulled as espresso it concentrates into something lively but never sharp, with a clean, lingering finish.
