Maria Belen Diaz has been immersed in coffee her whole life as the daughter of a grower, and has produced specialty coffee for over 12 years, including years spent as a quality analyst in Cauca. She now farms the Resinas property in Acevedo with her husband Narciso and their three sons, growing varieties including Papayo, Caturra, Castillo, Borbon Rosado and Gesha.
