Description:
Sourced from the Kindeng Dry Mill in Papua New Guinea’s Jikawa province, this coffee is a blend from around 1,500 smallholder farms in the Kindeng and Arufa municipalities, each averaging 1-2 hectares.
The cherries, grown in sandy loam and loamy clay soils, undergo meticulous processing before being dried on raised beds for a month. To ensure uniform moisture, the beans are moved multiple times a day during the drying process.
The result is a vibrant, balanced cup with bright acidity, sweet fruit notes, and a smooth, clean finish. A true expression of the hardworking farmers and unique terroir of Papua New Guinea.
