El Salvador Carlos Landaverde Washed Pacamara

After inheriting his family's farm, he was inspired by pacamara plants he discovered on the land and gradually turned the steep terrain into a thriving coffee operation that he manages through every stage of the process himself. The cherries undergo an extended fermentation before washing and sun-drying, producing a cup that's bright with citrus and rounded out by herbaceous and nutty notes.
